DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Sacred and Free, LLC and its clinicians are out-of-network specialists/providers. This means that you may use your out-of-network benefits for reimbursement for many of our services. As a client, you pay directly for services and are provided with a receipt called a super bill that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. We will provide you with the information insurance companies require to be reimbursed.
To find out if you have out-of-network benefits call you insurance company directly. You will want to ask the following questions,
Do I have mental health out-of-network benefits?
Do I have a deductible and do out of network payments count towards it?
What is your reimbursement rate (percentage) for medical billing CPT codes 90834 and 90837 (individual therapy)? If you are coming in for couples or family therapy you will want to ask about codes 90846 and 90847.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE PER SESSION?
Psychotherapy and Counseling:
Cost for services range depending on clinician, type of service, and length of session needed and are listed below.
You will be given a superbill to provide to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your out of network benefits. Initial phone consultations are free of charge. Please contact us directly for more information if you believe you are in need of an income based or sliding scale based fee. If you are requesting a sliding scale please have your out of network benefit information available at the time of call.
Fees based on Clinician:
Sarah (Owner and Clinical Director): Individual $185; Marriage/Couples $225; Family $225-$275
Initial intake evaluations are additional for all clinicians $25.
*Substance Abuse/Co-Occurring Evaluations: $450 (pending specific report and time requirements. Cost reflected includes 1-1.5 hours of clinical interview and 1-1.5 hours of report writing. Addendums or additional time and needs will be invoiced for time spent. We do not charge for record copies for evaluations.
*Egg Donor Recipient Evaluations: $225 including clearance letter to your fertility specialist.
Jess Kirk (Senior Therapist and IEP Advocation Program Manager): Individual $165; Couples & Families $185
Christy Giallella, PhD.: Individual $185
Pedro Molteni: Individual $185; Couples & Families $210
Mallory, Jess, & Jaclyn : Individual $160; Couples & Families $185;
(Jess Kirk also offers *IEP/504 Consultations for adolescents and are billed at time spent for mental health evaluation (1 hr) for adolescent, review of records (1-2hrs), and sessions(s) with parents (1-2 hours)
Linnea (Masters Level Clinicians): Individual $150; Couples $175
Dan: Substance Abuse and Addiction Counseling; Individual $90
Meditation Instruction: 60 minutes
Dan: Individual: $65; 2 people- $85; Group of 3/Family of your choosing of 3: $85
Group of 4 or more or Scheduled Group Offerings: $25/per person
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require 24 business hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of the session amount. Payment is required at the time of service and can be paid online or in person.
HOW DOES CONFIDENTIALITY WORK?
Confidentiality in the therapeutic setting is the foundation of our working relationship. Confidentiality will be maintained with the following three exceptions; If at any point we become aware that a minor or senior citizen is being abused, neglected, or is in danger; If we have reason to believe that you are in danger of harming yourself and/or have a plan to a plan to harm another identifiable person. We will discuss this in more detail at our first meeting so you feel clear on confidentiality before moving forward.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), all major credit cards, cash and checks. We do require a credit card on file in order to book an appointment.
