Buddhist Recovery Workshop

Led by Dan Appel, Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor & Addiction Professional this workshop will teach you in real time how to apply Buddhist Teachings and Principles to deepen and expand your recovery practices. Over the course of 8 weeks, one time per week, you will learn to understanding craving, aversion, and suffering, its sources, and the possibility of its reduction by walking the path of self-exploration.

Topics will include:

What is Buddhism?

The cycle of Addiction and Craving

Happiness and Euphoria

Trauma and Burdens

Compassion

Barriers to Happiness

Creating lifelong practice

Expansion and freedom from the feeling bound

20 in 20 Meditation Challenge

Join Master Instructor Dan Appel as he guides you into a deeper sense of awareness and stillness in the New Year. Consistency can be difficult to harness while also the ideal way to reap the vast benefits and rewards of a meditation practice. 20 minutes a day for 20 days will start the new year off with the accountability of a virtual time commitment and in a safe, peaceful, and guided group offering, wherever you are with no need to travel or have any perfect location in mind.

There are two options for this group 7 am EST and 12 pm EST from January 1st - January 20th. The cost of registration is $150 for the entirety of the challenge. Register here to save your spot or gift it to a loved one and join together!

6 Week Men's Meditation Course

Men from all backgrounds are invited to join an ongoing non-judgmental space focused on authentic meditation practice grounded in tradition, compassion, and emerging scientific research. We'll explore the possibilities of these ancient practices in our complex modern lives and create a personal interconnection with emotional strength and spiritual openness.

Community Meditation Group

Donation based community meditation group- Tuesdays @ 6:30 pm. Some chairs and cushions are available. You may bring your own yoga mat, cushion. or blanket.

Open and approachable to all experience levels & spiritual backgrounds Observant of both diverse cultural roots & evidence-based practices Deepen your practice with a compassionate meditation community.

When: Tuesdays beginning June 7 from 6:30-7:30pm. Enjoy guided and silent meditation, followed by an optional 30-minute discussion.
