Join Master Instructor Dan Appel as he guides you into a deeper sense of awareness and stillness in the New Year. Consistency can be difficult to harness while also the ideal way to reap the vast benefits and rewards of a meditation practice. 20 minutes a day for 20 days will start the new year off with the accountability of a virtual time commitment and in a safe, peaceful, and guided group offering, wherever you are with no need to travel or have any perfect location in mind.
