Led by Dan Appel, Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor & Addiction Professional this workshop will teach you in real time how to apply Buddhist Teachings and Principles to deepen and expand your recovery practices. Over the course of 8 weeks, one time per week, you will learn to understanding craving, aversion, and suffering, its sources, and the possibility of its reduction by walking the path of self-exploration.
